How the ranking works

Each city's Sleep Score is computed from three measurements: overnight minimum temperature (50%), dew point (30%), and overnight cooling from bedtime to 4am (20%). Higher scores mean better sleeping conditions. Data updates every 30 minutes from Open-Meteo.
